Simplicity and Modernisation!
Is simplicity a born character that an individual grows up with or is it acquired from experience or is that a mimicked aspect?
In today’s modernized era of fast paced life, simplicity has a low profile. People being judged by their appearance today, a simple person is thought nothing less then a beggar or a needy. We, who are more interested in associating ourselves with a rich, reputed, and beautiful man/woman, would definitely want to stay away from a person who’s not showy, and is simple.
Has modernization, where people are behind materialistic things and are pompous, made this difference and ignored the golden term called ‘simplicity’?

Well said and a beautiful write up.Yes its true ,in the current world simplicity is mostly identified with defeated individuals.It has given way to Agression bordering into arrogance.Many a time when the bubble bursts in ones life,simplicity returns with humbleness..A by product..Ah

I just can't agree with your thoughts more...our thoughts has become so complex that we really miss the simple things these days, and I feel sometimes our external environment forces us to do that...well written!
@compassion - thanks for stopping by.rightly said!!
@kalyan - thanks for dropping by.our external environment is an end product of modernisation or whatever you call it,making our thoughts complex and giving little value over simple matters.ain't it?
Beautiful..Liked it..
People have forgotten simplicity and one who is simple is considered to be DUMB, Tasteless, Halli Gamar ,sanyasi...
Though all say that never judge a book by its cover, it just remains in thoughts as in this materialistic era of modernisation "BE SIMPLE & BE A SAMPLE" is fading away...
