Process Brief & Position Summary:
A key member of the Business Intelligence and Analytics team in Business Services. The main responsibilities being working on the multiple projects and who can Elicit requirements of the clients and proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the reports using MS Excel 2007/2010, VBA, SQL (SSRS, SSIS & SSAS.) and MS Access database.
Understand clients’ business problems and translate them in to a reporting framework.
Have hands on experience in MS Excel 2007/2010, VBA, SQL (SSRS, SSIS & SSAS.) and MS Access database.
Have an ability to generate reports in a timely manner by regular data feeds updation and run business rules / reconciliation checks using SQL Server database, MS Excel and MS Access
Identifying the business needs of both clients and stakeholders to help determine solutions to business problems

Key Accountabilities:
Provide support to the clients by generating various reports on regular and adhoc basis using different reporting tools.
Maintain and develop databases and reporting systems in use, ensuring they are regularly updated to accurately reflect the structure of the business..
Coordinate with information sources–processes & various teams.
Identify various projects to improve efficiency-quality & customer experience and address requirements of all client segments.


Specific knowledge required:
• 1-3 years of work experience in MIS reporting,
• Experience with designing and development of Reporting Solutions using tools like SSRS and SharePoint. Should have exposure to SSRS, SSIS & SSAS.
• Knowledge of the General Insurance will be added advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills-particularly MS Excel, VBA, Access and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication & customer management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
• Ability to influence clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills-analytical and reasoning skills.

Shift Timings: 6:00 am to 11:00 pm (Any 8.5 hrs)
